We started in 2004 as experienced land sales experts, when most developers were dealing with real estate agents whose idea of service was little more than handing a brochure to a potential buyer. Barry McClarnon sensed the need for a specialist land sales company and established
Blue Ribbon Sales Pty Ltd.

More recently Barry concluded a 10 year tenure on the Sussex Inlet Golf Village project on the NSW South Coast.

Recognised as one of the “go to” people in the real estate industry, Barry has been selling since the age of 18 and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Stock & Station Agent.

Prior to making the change to residential house and land sales, Barry held senior management roles in sales, marketing and advertising at significant companies such as Seiko, Dick Smith Electronics and Soul Pattinson.

These extensive marketing and advertising skills enhance our daily operations and add value to the Blue Ribbon Service we offer in your property journey.
